Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries & Granola Recipe

This frozen yogurt bark is a fun, healthy snack made with creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. It’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and perfect for summer cravings. Easy to customize and great for both kids and adults.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granola

Method
 

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the tray
  4. Top with berries and sprinkle granola on top
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until fully set
  6. Break into pieces and serve immediately

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the best texture
  • Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra crunch
  • Swap berries with mango or kiwi for variation
  • Store in freezer in an airtight container
  • Eat straight from the freezer as it melts quickly
