Ingredients
  

  • 500 g steak sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 4 large potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter for mash
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
  4. Add steak bites and sear until browned on all sides.
  5. Reduce heat and add butter and garlic.
  6. Toss steak in garlic butter until coated and cooked to desired doneness.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  8. Serve steak bites over creamy mashed potatoes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use high heat for a perfect sear on steak.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan.
  • Adjust garlic to your taste.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
