Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pasta fettuccine or penne
  • 2 cups cooked chicken sliced or diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer
  5. Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  7. Add cooked chicken and stir well
  8. Toss pasta in the sauce until fully coated
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for the best flavor
  • Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
  • Do not overcook the sauce to keep it creamy
  • Best served hot and fresh
