Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs.
  4. Coat chicken evenly in parmesan mixture.
  5. Place on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil or butter.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
  • Do not overcrowd the tray for even crisping.
  • You can pan-fry instead of baking if preferred.
  • Serve hot for the best texture and taste.
