Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Spinach fresh
  • ½ cup – Kale chopped
  • 1 – Green apple chopped
  • 1 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1 cup – Water or coconut water
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add spinach, kale, apple, chia seeds, and water into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes for a refreshing texture.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding more water if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Remove apple seeds before blending.
  • Use coconut water for extra flavor and electrolytes.
  • Add lemon juice for a tangy detox boost.
  • Best consumed fresh for maximum benefits.
