Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes
  4. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked
  5. Remove chicken and let rest for a few minutes
  6. Top each chicken breast with sliced avocado
  7. Sprinkle chili flakes and cilantro on top
  8. Serve warm and enjoy

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm avocados for the best texture
  • Do not overcook chicken to keep it juicy
  • Add tomatoes for extra freshness
  • Serve with salad or grilled vegetables
  • Best enjoyed fresh off the grill
