Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups grilled chicken sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Steam or boil broccoli until tender-crisp
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant
  3. Add broccoli and toss with garlic and seasoning
  4. Season grilled chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika if needed
  5. In serving bowls, add broccoli as the base
  6. Top with sliced grilled chicken
  7. Drizzle lemon juice over the bowl
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
