Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
  3. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked
  4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil
  5. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to enhance flavor
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let rest briefly
  7. Spoon fresh tomato topping over each chicken breast
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
