Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy
  4. Add melted butter (or coconut oil) and almond milk, then mix well
  5. Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. Add apple cider vinegar and mix until smooth batter forms
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  8. Smooth the top evenly
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and firm
  10. Let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Let the bread cool fully to avoid crumbling
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Toast slices for the best texture
  • Add seeds or herbs for extra flavor
