Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked
  3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant
  4. Toss in broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas
  5. Stir-fry vegetables until tender but still crisp
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
  7. Mix everything well until coated and heated through
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Notes

  • Do not overcook vegetables to keep nutrients intact
  • Use high heat for the best stir-fry texture
  • You can add chili flakes for extra heat
  • Serve with brown rice or quinoa for a complete meal
