Hearty Gluten Free Seeded Bread

This hearty gluten free seeded bread is packed with wholesome seeds, nutty flavor, and a satisfying texture. It’s dense yet soft, nutritious, and perfect for breakfast toast or healthy sandwiches. Naturally gluten free and loaded with fiber, it’s a feel-good bread you’ll want on repeat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl mix oats sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds flaxseeds chia seeds almond flour and salt
  3. Add honey olive oil and warm water then mix well
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken
  5. Transfer dough into prepared loaf pan and press evenly
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until firm and golden
  7. Remove from pan and let cool completely before slicing

Notes

  • Let the bread cool fully before cutting to prevent crumbling
  • Store in the fridge for longer freshness
  • Toast slices for the best texture
  • Add sesame seeds or nuts for extra crunch
  • Slightly sweet or savory, depending on toppings
