Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and psyllium husk.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing.
