Pour the mixture into a 9x5 metal loaf pan or a shallow freezer-safe container.
Place in the freezer and stir with a fork every 45 minutes for the first 2 hours to prevent large ice crystals.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs on top and press down gently.
Freeze for an additional 2–3 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
