Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, pepper, and paprika
- Add kielbasa and vegetables and toss to coat evenly
- Spread mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until veggies are tender and slightly caramelized
- Stir halfway through for even cooking
- Serve hot and enjoy
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan for better roasting
- Use any vegetables you like
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Serve with rice or potatoes for a fuller meal
