Method
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, water, and cornstarch
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink
- Pour in the sauce and stir well
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens
- Season with black pepper
- Garnish with green onions
- Serve hot and enjoy
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender
- Adjust the honey for the sweetness level
- Serve with rice, noodles, or veggies
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Best enjoyed fresh and hot
