Method
- Warm honey gently and steep dried lavender in it for 5 minutes, then strain.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, infused honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Add milk if needed for a creamier texture.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve chilled.
Notes
- Always use culinary-grade lavender only.
- Do not overuse lavender, or it may taste soapy.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before scooping for the best texture.
- You can add lemon zest for a fresh twist.
