Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise
- In a bowl mix butter olive oil garlic parsley oregano salt and pepper
- Spread the garlic herb mixture evenly over the bread
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top if using
- Place bread on baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes
- Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy
- Slice and serve warm
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
- Add mozzarella for a cheesy version
- Wrap in foil for a softer bread texture
- Try adding chili flakes for a spicy kick
- Best served fresh and warm
