Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
