Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl mix olive oil lemon juice lemon zest garlic oregano thyme paprika salt and pepper
  2. Coat chicken with marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes
  3. Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes each side until fully cooked and juicy
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve

Notes

  • Marinate longer for a deeper flavor
  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness
  • Do not overcook to keep the chicken tender
  • Serve with grilled vegetables or salad for a complete keto meal
