Method
- In a bowl mix olive oil lemon juice lemon zest garlic oregano thyme paprika salt and pepper
- Coat chicken with marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes each side until fully cooked and juicy
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
