These Juicy Smash Burger Tacos are the ultimate mashup of burgers and tacos—crispy, cheesy, and insanely flavorful. Ingredients
  

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • Pickles optional
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce or mayo

Method
 

  1. Divide ground beef into equal portions and press onto tortillas.
  2. Season beef side with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat a pan and place tortillas beef-side down.
  4. Cook until beef is crispy and browned.
  5. Flip and place cheese on top, cooking until melted.
  6. Remove from pan and add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
  7. Drizzle with burger sauce and fold like a taco.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use small tortillas for the best results.
  • Cook on high heat for a crispy crust.
  • Customize toppings to your taste.
