Kale and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Kale chopped
  • 1 cup – Pineapple chunks
  • 1 – Banana
  • 1 cup – Coconut water
  • 1 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add kale, pineapple, banana, and coconut water into a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency with more coconut water if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Remove tough kale stems before blending.
  • Use frozen pineapple for a thicker smoothie.
  • Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness.
  • Best enjoyed fresh for maximum nutrients.
