- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt
- Mix until smooth batter forms
- Fold in chocolate chips if using
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Spread evenly with a spatula
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until set but slightly soft in center
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares
