- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin
- Line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon
- Crack one egg into each bacon-lined cup
- Sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper on top
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until eggs are set
- Let cool slightly before removing from tin
- Garnish with green onions and serve
