Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat
- Cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside
- In the same pan, add butter and sauté onion until soft
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and ketchup
- Stir in heavy cream and mix well
- Add cooked bacon back into the skillet
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until creamy and combined
- Top with pickles and green onions before serving
Notes
- Drain excess grease if desired for a lighter version
- Use smoked bacon for a deeper flavor
- Add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra taste
- Serve hot as-is or over cauliflower rice
