Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
- Spread cooked bacon evenly in the dish
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper
- Add onions and bell peppers to the dish
- Pour egg mixture over bacon
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and golden
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving
Notes
- Crisp bacon adds better flavor and texture
- You can add spinach, mushrooms, or jalapeños
- Don’t overbake or eggs may become rubbery
- Great for meal prep and reheating
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days
