Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. Spread cooked bacon evenly in the dish
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper
  4. Add onions and bell peppers to the dish
  5. Pour egg mixture over bacon
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and golden
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving

Notes

  • Crisp bacon adds better flavor and texture
  • You can add spinach, mushrooms, or jalapeños
  • Don’t overbake or eggs may become rubbery
  • Great for meal prep and reheating
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days
