Keto Cheesy Ground Beef Casserole

A rich, cheesy, and comforting low-carb casserole made with seasoned ground beef, creamy sauce, and melted cheese. This keto-friendly bake is perfect for family dinners, meal prep, and satisfying comfort food cravings without the carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  4. Season with salt pepper paprika and Italian seasoning
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish
  7. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot

Notes

  • Add cauliflower rice for extra volume and texture
  • Use ground turkey for a lighter version
  • Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
