Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 –2 tablespoons keto sweetener to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
  5. Stir before serving and enjoy chilled

  • Stir twice in the first 10 minutes for a smooth texture
