Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a pan melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
  3. Add heavy cream and cream cheese stir until smooth
  4. Mix in ranch seasoning salt and pepper cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. Combine shredded chicken bacon and sauce in a baking dish
  6. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation
  • Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition
  • Adjust ranch seasoning to taste
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
