Method
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat
- Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese
- Cook until sauce thickens
- Reduce heat and mix in sour cream and mustard
- Stir well until creamy and smooth
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Do not boil after adding sour cream to prevent curdling
- Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles
- Adjust thickness by adding more broth if needed
- Add extra mushrooms for more texture
