Keto Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe

A rich and creamy low-carb chicken dish made with garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a luscious parmesan cream sauce. This keto-friendly meal is packed with flavor and perfect for a comforting dinner. It’s quick to make and pairs beautifully with cauliflower rice or steamed veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt pepper and Italian seasoning
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until golden and cooked through then remove and set aside
  4. In the same pan melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
  5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream then stir well
  6. Mix in parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens
  7. Add sun-dried tomatoes spinach and chili flakes stir until spinach wilts
  8. Return chicken to the pan and coat with creamy sauce simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Serve hot with your favorite keto sides

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for a juicier texture
  • Adjust cream quantity for desired thickness
  • Add mushrooms for extra flavor
  • Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
