Method
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper over chicken
- Add cream cheese on top of chicken
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours
- Shred chicken using two forks
- Stir everything together until creamy and well combined
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon
- Let cook for another 10–15 minutes until melted and creamy
- Garnish with green onions before serving
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness
- Do not overcook to avoid dry chicken
- Serve in lettuce wraps, bowls, or over cauliflower rice
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick
