Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
- Spread cooked bacon evenly in the dish
- Add onion, spinach, and cheese on top
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper
- Pour egg mixture over fillings
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing
