Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup spinach optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish
  2. Spread cooked bacon evenly in the dish
  3. Add onion, spinach, and cheese on top
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper
  5. Pour egg mixture over fillings
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing

Notes

  • Use crispy bacon for the best texture
  • Don’t overbake to keep it soft and fluffy
  • Add mushrooms or peppers for variety
  • Great for meal prep and reheating
  • Serve warm or at room temperature
