Keto Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt pepper paprika and Italian seasoning
  2. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until golden and cooked through
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In same pan melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
  6. Add chicken broth lemon juice and chili flakes stir well
  7. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness
  • Adjust garlic quantity to taste
  • Do not overcook chicken to keep it tender
  • Serve with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a full keto meal
