Method
- Season chicken with salt pepper paprika and Italian seasoning
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until golden and cooked through
- Remove chicken and set aside
- In same pan melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
- Add chicken broth lemon juice and chili flakes stir well
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness
- Adjust garlic quantity to taste
- Do not overcook chicken to keep it tender
- Serve with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a full keto meal
