Keto Ground Beef and Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and chili flakes
  6. Add cauliflower rice and mix well
  7. Cook for 3–5 minutes until tender
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot

Notes

  • Use frozen cauliflower rice for convenience
  • Drain excess fat from the beef if needed
  • Add avocado slices for extra healthy fats
  • Adjust spices to your taste preference
