Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and chili flakes
- Add cauliflower rice and mix well
- Cook for 3–5 minutes until tender
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Use frozen cauliflower rice for convenience
- Drain excess fat from the beef if needed
- Add avocado slices for extra healthy fats
- Adjust spices to your taste preference
