Add ground beef and cook until browned

Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
Layer eggplant slices in a baking dish
Add a layer of beef mixture, then repeat layers
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm
