Keto Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated or powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 large lettuce leaves romaine or butter lettuce
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook briefly
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors
  8. Spoon beef mixture into lettuce leaves
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately

Notes

  • Use butter lettuce for softer wraps
  • Drain excess fat for a lighter option
  • Add chopped veggies like bell peppers for crunch
  • Serve with extra sauce for dipping
