Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add onion and cook until soft
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Stir in paprika Italian seasoning salt pepper and tomato paste
- Add chopped zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
Notes
- Do not overcook zucchini to keep the texture slightly firm
- Add mushrooms or bell peppers for variation
- Use ground turkey as a lighter alternative
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days
