Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt
  3. Add eggs and cream cheese and mix until combined
  4. Fold in cooked sausage and shredded cheese
  5. Form dough into biscuit shapes and place on tray
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden
  7. Let cool slightly before serving

Notes

  • Use spicy sausage for extra flavor
  • Do not overbake to keep biscuits soft
  • Add herbs like parsley for variation
  • Store in the fridge and reheat easily
  • Great for meal prep and quick breakfasts
