Keto Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika
  3. Pour mixture over chicken
  4. Add chicken broth
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours
  6. Once cooked, stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese
  7. Let cook for another 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for extra tenderness and flavor
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for more nutrition
  • Do not overcook to keep chicken juicy
  • Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles
