Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is a super easy, creamy, and flavorful baked chicken dish that lives up to its name. Chicken breasts are coated in a rich mixture of Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings, then baked to juicy, golden perfection. Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts flat in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Mix Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously on top of each piece.
  6. Dust lightly with paprika for color and extra flavor.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a golden, bubbly top.
  10. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Caesar dressing for the creamiest, richest result.
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top before serving for brightness.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
  • Serve over pasta, rice, or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
