Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 – Banana
  • 1 cup – Orange juice
  • 1 tsp – Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp – Honey optional
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries, banana, orange juice, ginger, and lemon juice into a blender.
  2. Add honey and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture.
  • Fresh ginger gives a stronger metabolism boost.
  • Skip honey if fruit is already sweet enough.
