Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed crackers like Ritz
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and seasonings.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  6. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cracker mixture over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add bacon bits for extra flavor.
  • Do not overbake to keep it creamy.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
