Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Cook lasagna noodles per package directions, then drain.
Brown ground beef with garlic over medium heat and drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, and egg until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat.
Top with remaining meat sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve hot.
