Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for about 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and black pepper.
Stir until the sauce becomes slightly thick and coats the beef.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
