No Bake Oreo Truffles

These no bake Oreo truffles are rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. Crushed Oreo cookies mix with smooth cream cheese to create a soft, chocolatey center. Once coated in melted chocolate, they turn into bite-sized treats perfect for parties, holidays, or sweet cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • cups chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional for smoother chocolate coating
  • Crushed Oreos or sprinkles optional topping

Method
 

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
  2. Add cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  8. Place back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired.
  9. Chill again until the chocolate coating sets.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate or dark chocolate for different flavor variations.
  • Freeze truffles for 10 minutes before dipping for easier coating.
  • Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • These truffles also freeze well for up to 2 months.
