Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into small squares.
- Place a small spoon of Nutella in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners or edges slightly over the filling.
- Place the pastry bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Do not overfill with Nutella to prevent leaks while baking.
- Add sliced strawberries or bananas with the Nutella for extra flavor.
- Serve warm for the best flaky texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
