Nutella Stuffed Cookie Dough Truffles

These Nutella Stuffed Cookie Dough Truffles are rich, creamy, and dangerously addictive. Each truffle features soft edible cookie dough wrapped around a gooey Nutella center and coated in smooth chocolate. They require no baking and come together with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for parties, holiday treats, or whenever a serious chocolate craving hits.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted for coating

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat the flour in the microwave for about 1 minute to make it safe for edible dough.
  2. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and milk until smooth.
  4. Add the heat-treated flour and mix until a soft cookie dough forms.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop small pieces of dough and flatten them in your hand.
  7. Add a small spoonful of Nutella in the center.
  8. Wrap the cookie dough around the Nutella and roll into a smooth ball.
  9. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
  10. Chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes until firm.
  11. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat completely.
  12. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze small Nutella drops first to make stuffing easier.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer, more flavorful coating.
  • Chill truffles well before dipping to keep their shape.
  • Store the truffles in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Sprinkle crushed cookies or drizzle with chocolate for decoration.
