Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups diced apples

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, honey, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in diced apples evenly.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use finely ground oat flour for the best texture.
  • Add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
  • Do not overmix to keep bread soft.
  • Store covered at room temperature for 2–3 days.
