- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, honey, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in diced apples evenly.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use finely ground oat flour for the best texture.
- Add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
- Do not overmix to keep bread soft.
