Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
  3. Pour in broth, heavy cream, and add uncooked pasta
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer
  5. Stir occasionally until pasta is cooked and liquid thickens
  6. Add parmesan cheese and mix until creamy
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm

Notes

  • Stir frequently to prevent sticking
  • Add more broth if the pasta absorbs too quickly
  • Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor
  • Add chicken or shrimp for extra protein
  • Best served immediately for a creamy texture
