Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls Recipe

These peach cobbler egg rolls combine the warm flavors of classic peach cobbler with a crispy golden wrapper. Sweet peach filling gets rolled up and fried until crunchy on the outside and gooey inside. They’re a fun dessert that tastes amazing with powdered sugar or ice cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced peaches fresh or canned, drained
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. In a bowl mix diced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon a small amount of the peach mixture into the center.
  4. Fold the sides and roll tightly into an egg roll shape.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet or fryer to about 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry egg rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

  • Add cream cheese to the filling for a creamy twist.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 8 minutes for a lighter version.
  • Use ripe, fresh peaches for the best flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
